Terms and Conditions for Gallery Allotment
“Modi IFA Art Gallery”
- Gallery bookings must be submitted in writing using the prescribed form, along with required documents (bio-data, address proof, and three artwork images).
- If the requested dates are unavailable, alternate dates will be offered based on availability.
- In case an artist or group mentions any sponsor, organization, NGO, cultural institution, embassy, or supporting body on invitations, posters, catalogues, media or promotional materials, the exhibition will automatically be treated as a “Sponsored Show,” and fees will be charged accordingly.
- The gallery booking fee must be submitted by the due date mentioned in the allotment confirmation. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the booking.
- The gallery may be used only for the purpose for which it has been allotted. Sub-letting, sharing, or offering the gallery space to third parties is strictly prohibited.
- For cancellations made at least 1 month prior to the exhibition dates, 50% of the booking amount (excluding GST) will be refunded. No refund will be processed thereafter.
- The gallery will remain open daily from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.
- No nailing, drilling, sticking, or splashing of paint or materials on walls or floors is allowed. Any damage to gallery property, equipment, or fixtures must be compensated by the exhibitor.
- Rangoli or decorative art is permitted using flowers only. No chemical colors, powders, or alternative mediums are allowed inside the gallery or at the entrance.
- Poster/banner space will be provided by the gallery. The gallery management reserves the right to disallow any artwork, advertisement, print, or activity deemed inappropriate or against gallery policy.
- The gallery team will assist exhibitors with the display setup of artworks.
- The exhibitor or their representative must be present during gallery hours. Modi IFA Art Gallery will not be responsible for theft, damage, or loss of artworks or belongings at any stage of the exhibition.
- The gallery will not be liable for refunds or compensation in case of closure due to unforeseen circumstances, government notifications, technical failures, or emergencies.
- Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on gallery premises.
- The gallery reserves the right to cancel any booking without providing a reason. In such cases, the booking fee will be refunded.
- No loud music or noise-causing activities are allowed within the gallery premises.
- Gallery rules are subject to change without prior notice.
- All artworks must be collected by the exhibitor on the final day of the exhibition without fail.

Violation of any of the above Terms & Conditions may result in cancellation of the gallery allotment and closure of the exhibition without notice. Penalties may be applied as deemed appropriate by Modi IFA Art Gallery.
